Quinoa:
Ingredients:
1 C Organic Grains Quinoa
2 C water
Instructions:
1. Rinse the quinoa Place quinoa and water in a small covered pot and bring to a boil
2. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes or until water is fully absorbed
Chocolate Caramel Mix:
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 C raw cacao powder
3 Tbsp coconut sugar
10-15 drops Caramel Stevia
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
2. Add to cooked quinoa and mix together
3. Top with bananas, chopped hazelnuts, coconut, almond milk or anything else you like
