Ingredients:
1/3 C Coconut oil
1/2 C Coconut sugar
1 Tbsp Pure vanilla extract
2 Medium ripe bananas, mashed
3/4 C Raw almonds
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ginger, ground
1/2 tsp Allspice
1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 300°F
2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper
3. In a large bowl, combine coconut oil, coconut sugar, vanilla and mashed bananas
4. Add remaining ingredients and stir well
5. Divide the granola in 2 and spread on the prepared baking sheets
6. Bake for 35 minutes, stirring halfway through baking
7. Remove from oven and cool completely
8. Enjoy!
