How to Cook Buckwheat

Buckwheat's strong flavor can be attributed to the high iron content and a high-concentration of amino acids. Plus, you can cook up this nutritional powerhouse in just thirty minutes!



Ingredients:

1 C Organic Grains Buckwheat

3 C water


Instructions:

1. In a 2-quart pot, bring water to a boil

2. Add the Organic Buckwheat and reduce heat to a simmer

3. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes
