Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

This protein-rich smoothie is creamy, dreamy, and packed with...kale! We were recently inspired by Boulder-based Wonder Press's very own mint chip creation and couldn't wait to try our hand at the tasty (and nutrition-packed) drink. 



Ingredients:

1 banana

1 C kale (or greens of your choice)

1/2 C coconut milk

1 C ice

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1-2 drops peppermint extract

1 handful cacao nibs 


Instructions:

1. Blend all ingredients together 

2. Garnish with additional cacao nibs and enjoy!
